Suntique I'm Vegan Sun Serum SPF50+ 50ml offers high protection from sun damage to the most sensitive skin.
Suntique I'm Vegan Sun Serum SPF50+ 50ml is a vegan chemical sunscreen with a lightweight texture that provides high protection against sun damage. Thanks to the SPF50+ and PA++++, it provides a double layer of high protection against both UVA and UVB rays. Moreover, while UVA rays cause long-term skin damage and premature aging, UVB rays are responsible for sunburns.
Moreover, if your skin is oily or acne-prone, the texture of this sunscreen is ideal. Firstly, it is a light serum. Secondly, it absorbs quickly. Last but not least, it is not sticky. Due to the presence of Houttuynia cordata, filled with antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties, this serum works wonders in sensitive and acne-prone skin. On top of that, it is extremely hydrating on the skin.
Apply Suntique I'm Vegan Sun Serum SPF50+ 50ml in the morning before makeup on the face, neck and décolleté 15 minutes before sun exposure. Then, gently massage it and let it absorb. In case of direct exposure to sunlight, reapply every two hours.
In this section we answer frequently asked questions about Suntique I'm Vegan Sun Serum SPF50+ 50ml (1.69 fl oz)
Sunscreen gets its protective power from ingredients called sun filters, which fall into two groups. "Mineral" is the common name for inorganic filters, of which there are only two: zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. "Chemical" is the common name for organic filters, which are carbon-based compounds and cover multiple different ingredients. A mineral sunscreen uses only inorganic filters, a chemical sunscreen uses only organic filters, and a sunscreen that combines both is known as a hybrid.
Both types of filters mainly protect the skin by absorbing UV radiation. Mineral filters, along with a few organic ones, also reflect a small portion of it.
SPF measures protection against UVB radiation. In the EU, the highest SPF on a cosmetic sunscreen label is SPF50+, which corresponds to the "very high protection" category and is used when the measured SPF is 60 or higher.
Some sunscreens, usually designed for specific skin conditions, are classified as medical devices rather than cosmetics, and these can show higher values, such as SPF100.
