Yes! You can share your thoughts on any product you've bought from us. Simply head to My Account > Product Reviews to get started.

All product reviews go through a quick moderation step before they're published. Once a review is live, other customers can mark it as helpful or, if necessary, report it as inappropriate.

What can I include in a product review?

You can rate a product from one to five stars, write about your experience, upload any photos you find useful, and let others know whether you'd recommend the product. To keep product reviews useful and trustworthy, we don't publish any content that includes:

• Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language;
• Personal information, such as full names, email or postal addresses, phone numbers, etc.;
• References to health outcomes, including claims that the product treats, cures, prevents, or has caused any health condition or disease;
• Feedback based on incorrect or unintended use of the product;
• Unsubstantiated claims questioning the authenticity of the product;
• Images you have not taken yourself, or images of a graphic or intimate nature;
• References to competitor products or promotions.

Comments about your purchasing experience, rather than the product itself, are better directed to our Customer Care team.
