Sensilis Stick to Glow Sun Protection Stick SPF50+ 10g is a high-protection stick sunscreen that offers both sun defense and an instant luminous effect. With SPF50+, it provides broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB radiation in a convenient format, ideal for targeted application and on-the-go touch-ups throughout the day. Alongside photoprotection, pearly pigments provide an immediate glow effect that enhances the skin’s radiance. The formula also contains BRIGHT Oleoactif®, an ingredient that contributes to a more even skin tone by helping to reduce the appearance of dark spots. Additionally, vitamin E offers antioxidant protection against free radicals generated by UV exposure and other environmental aggressors.
The practical stick format allows for controlled application, especially in areas more exposed to the sun, such as the cheekbones, forehead, and nose. The texture is creamy and glides smoothly over the skin without leaving a greasy finish, while the formula is non-comedogenic and sweat-resistant. Last but not least, it has undergone both dermatological and ophthalmological testing on sensitive skin.
Apply an appropriate amount of Sensilis Stick to Glow Sun Protection Stick SPF50+ 10g to the skin, 30 minutes before sun exposure. It's not necessary to spread the product with the hands. Reapply frequently, every 2 hours and after swimming, perspiring, or towel-drying. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep away from heat.
In this section we answer frequently asked questions about Sensilis Stick to Glow Sun Protection Stick SPF50+ 10g (0.35oz)
Sunscreen gets its protective power from ingredients called sun filters, which fall into two groups. "Mineral" is the common name for inorganic filters, of which there are only two: zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. "Chemical" is the common name for organic filters, which are carbon-based compounds and cover multiple different ingredients. A mineral sunscreen uses only inorganic filters, a chemical sunscreen uses only organic filters, and a sunscreen that combines both is known as a hybrid.
Both types of filters mainly protect the skin by absorbing UV radiation. Mineral filters, along with a few organic ones, also reflect a small portion of it.
SPF measures protection against UVB radiation. In the EU, the highest SPF on a cosmetic sunscreen label is SPF50+, which corresponds to the "very high protection" category and is used when the measured SPF is 60 or higher.
Some sunscreens, usually designed for specific skin conditions, are classified as medical devices rather than cosmetics, and these can show higher values, such as SPF100.
