La Roche-Posay Anthelios Invisible Spray SPF50+ Sunscreen 200ml is a broad-spectrum sunscreen designed to deliver very high protection against UVA, UVB, infrared-A rays, and pollution damage. Its advanced formulation combines advanced sprotection technology with a lightweight, invisible finish suitable for daily use. The formula features XL-Protect, a patented sun protection technology that provides very high broad-spectrum UVB/UVA defense (SPF50+) while helping shield skin from pollution and infrared-induced damage. Additionally, it incorporates Netlock technology, a unique mechanism where microdroplets fuse together to form a strong, uniform, highly resistant barrier that does not migrate. Beyond that, glycerin is included to help hydrate and moisturize skin upon initial application.
The spray delivers an ultrafluid texture that spreads effortlessly and absorbs quickly without leaving an oily or sticky residue. Moreover, it leaves no white marks on the skin, creating an invisible finish that feels comfortable throughout wear. Additionally, the sunscreen offers ultra-high resistance to water, sweat, and sand. It does not sting the eyes, ensuring comfort during application and wear. All in all, this sunscreen offers multi-dimensional sun defense with a barely-there feel for effortless daily protection.
Apply La Roche-Posay Anthelios Invisible Spray SPF50+ Sunscreen 200ml 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, perspiring, or towel-drying.
In this section we answer frequently asked questions about La Roche-Posay Anthelios Invisible Spray SPF50+ Sunscreen 200ml
Sunscreen gets its protective power from ingredients called sun filters, which fall into two groups. "Mineral" is the common name for inorganic filters, of which there are only two: zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. "Chemical" is the common name for organic filters, which are carbon-based compounds and cover multiple different ingredients. A mineral sunscreen uses only inorganic filters, a chemical sunscreen uses only organic filters, and a sunscreen that combines both is known as a hybrid.
Both types of filters mainly protect the skin by absorbing UV radiation. Mineral filters, along with a few organic ones, also reflect a small portion of it.
SPF measures protection against UVB radiation. In the EU, the highest SPF on a cosmetic sunscreen label is SPF50+, which corresponds to the "very high protection" category and is used when the measured SPF is 60 or higher.
Some sunscreens, usually designed for specific skin conditions, are classified as medical devices rather than cosmetics, and these can show higher values, such as SPF100.
