This toner combines a liquid phase infused with the exclusive Bamboo Waterlock complex and a mattifying powder that absorbs excess sebum. On one hand, the Bamboo Waterlock complex includes both bamboo fibers and sap to deliver intense hydration and comfort to the skin. On the other hand, the mattifying powders work on reducing excess sebum and thus reduce the shine and the appearance of pores.

Furthermore, the formula also contains Willow Bark extract that besides having antioxidant properties, benefits the skin with anti-inflammatory qualities.
