• Cysteamine works in combination with hyaluronic acid, aspartic acid, and ascorbic acid. This blend creates an acidic pH system that allows volume reduction or straightening in a more delicate and controlled way;

Patch test:

• Wash and dry a small area of skin on the forearm.
• Apply a small amount of the product to the forearm.
• Leave the product on the skin for 30 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Wait 24 hours and observe the area. If irritation, itching, redness, or burning occurs at the application site or surrounding areas, do not use the product.

Strand test:

• The strand test is mandatory for all hair types and before every application, even if you've used the product before. This test is used to determine if the hair is healthy enough for application, and also to determine the correct processing time.
• Separate and isolate a small strand of hair from the top of the head, as this area is more sensitive and exposed to chemical and physical stress.
• Put on protective gloves.
• Using a brush or comb, apply the product to the test strand, keeping a distance of approximately 1 cm from the scalp.
• Start counting the processing time only after finishing the application.
• Check the strand every 5 minutes to assess malleability and degree of relaxation. According to the guidance table, fine hair usually requires 15 to 20 minutes, medium hair 20 to 40 minutes, and coarse hair 40 to 60 minutes of processing; however, the exact time must always be determined on a case-by-case basis. Do not exceed 60 minutes of processing time.
• Once the desired result is achieved, take note of the elapsed processing time and rinse the hair thoroughly with plenty of running water.
• Dry the test strand with a brush and hair dryer.
• Pass the flat iron on the test strand at 220°C, 5 to 7 times.
• The processing time necessary to achieve the desired result during the strand test is the reference time to be followed for the product application.

Full application:

• Wash hair thoroughly with a moisturizing shampoo of your choice and rinse well.
• Remove excess moisture with a towel, leaving hair slightly damp.
• Prepare a timer with the processing time, according to the strand test result.
• Place the required amount of product in a non-metallic container.
• Divide hair into four sections and begin application at the nape, working strand by strand with a brush.
• Apply the product evenly, keeping a distance of approximately 1 cm from the scalp.
• Distribute the product homogeneously, ensuring all strands are fully covered (except the test strand). Always apply in the direction of hair growth and never against it.
• After completely finishing the application, start counting the processing time. Do not exceed the processing time determined by the strand test.
• After the processing time is up, rinse thoroughly with plenty of running water until all product is completely removed.
• Remove excess water with a towel, then brush and fully dry the hair.
• Divide hair into sections and pass the flat iron at 220°C on very fine strands, repeating 5 to 7 times per strand.
• If desired, wash hair at the end of this process, apply a moisturizing mask (such as the Dream Cream Mask), leave on for 5 minutes, rinse, and style as desired.

Root retouch:

• In general, retouching can be done around 30 days after the last application, depending on hair growth.
• Perform the retouch only on the regrowth area, never on previously straightened hair.
• Follow the remaining application steps as in the full application method.
