Store in a warm place, over 25ºC - due to the vegetable fatty acids in the formula, this shampoo can harden at low temperatures. The product will return to its original state when moved to a warmer temperature, or if you dip it in water between 25°C and 45°C for a faster result. This process does not affect the quality of the product.
