Shake Shiseido ArchLiner Ink well before use. Then, hold the angled tip down and trace along the lashes for a fine, precise line. In order to increase the thickness of the line, hold the angled tip sideways against the lash line and gently pull out toward the edge of the eye. You can also create the illusion of thicker lashes by dotting the ultra-fine tip between your existing lashes. Last, but not least, use this tip for a foolproof cat eye: press the tip of the liner against the outer corner of the eye, and you'll create a perfect wing every time.
