La Roche-Posay Hyalu B5 Aquagel SPF30 is a lightweight moisturizer that replenishes the skin with hydration and helps to reduce the appearance of visible signs of aging.
La Roche-Posay Hyalu B5 Aquagel SPF30 is a facial moisturizer that replenishes the skin with hydration and protects it at the same time. Fresh, lightweight and invisible on all skin tones, this formulation refreshes the skin by up to -3.6ºC and is suitable for all skin types. Hypoallergenic and dermatologist-tested, this moisturizer is also suitable for sensitive skin.
More than a refreshing sensation, this formulation works to repair, rejuvenate, soothe and protect your skin. Hyaluronic acid, from green technology, provides the skin with immediate and long-lasting hydration. At the same time, vitamin B5 contributes to repair, strengthen and soothe the skin. In addition, a unique Antioxidant Complex shields the skin from external aggressors, preventing damage. As a result, each application provides your skin with refreshing comfort and also helps to minimize the appearance of wrinkles. Equally important, it shields the skin to protect from sun and environmental aggressions.
To begin with, thoroughly cleanse your skin and pat it dry. The following step is to apply La Roche-Posay Hyalu B5 Aquagel SPF30, massaging it onto the skin of the face, starting from the center and working the product outwards.

Sunscreen gets its protective power from ingredients called sun filters, which fall into two groups. "Mineral" is the common name for inorganic filters, of which there are only two: zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. "Chemical" is the common name for organic filters, which are carbon-based compounds and cover multiple different ingredients. A mineral sunscreen uses only inorganic filters, a chemical sunscreen uses only organic filters, and a sunscreen that combines both is known as a hybrid.
Both types of filters mainly protect the skin by absorbing UV radiation. Mineral filters, along with a few organic ones, also reflect a small portion of it.
SPF measures protection against UVB radiation. In the EU, the highest SPF on a cosmetic sunscreen label is SPF50+, which corresponds to the "very high protection" category and is used when the measured SPF is 60 or higher.
Some sunscreens, usually designed for specific skin conditions, are classified as medical devices rather than cosmetics, and these can show higher values, such as SPF100.
