How and when do I get paid?

Commission is calculated on the net value of the products in each order, after any discounts and excluding shipping costs and VAT. It becomes available once the order's return window closes (15 days after delivery). From then on you can request a cash-out at any time, either as in-store credit (no minimum) or as a bank transfer (subject to a minimum balance). Payments may require an invoice, and you'll find all the details in your dashboard.

What if a customer returns their order?

Commission is only paid on completed sales. If an order is returned, partially or fully, the corresponding commission is reversed automatically and you'll see a "Cancelled" line in your Earnings history with the deducted amount.

How do I track my sales and commissions?

Once approved, you'll have access to a personal dashboard where you can follow your clicks, sales, pending and available earnings, and your full redemption history in real time. Our step-by-step guide shows you where to find everything.

How does attribution work?

When someone clicks your affiliate link, you have a 30-day window to earn commission on their purchase. Attribution is last-click: if the customer clicks more than one affiliate link before buying, the sale goes to the link clicked most recently within that window.

Does my link work in all Care to Beauty markets?

Yes. Your affiliate link works on every Care to Beauty store, in every country and currency we sell in, so you can share it with your audience wherever they are.

Can my audience use a discount code with my link?

Yes. If your audience has a valid discount code, they can use it alongside your link, and your commission is calculated on the order value after the discount is applied.

What if I place an order through my own link?

Orders placed through your own affiliate link are not eligible for commission and won't count towards your earnings. Your link is meant for your audience.

Do I need to disclose that I'm an affiliate?

Yes. Whenever you share your affiliate link or promote Care to Beauty in exchange for commission, you must clearly disclose the commercial relationship to your audience. This is a legal requirement in most markets.

Do I have to pay tax on my commission?

That depends on the rules of your country. It's your responsibility to check how affiliate income should be declared where you live.

Can I lose my affiliate status?

Yes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts in cases of fraud, policy violations, abusive behaviour or prolonged inactivity. If your account is terminated, any available commission balance will be paid out to your preferred payment method within 10 working days. Commission linked to fraudulent activity is not paid.
