The reason is simple: by applying them before, you can use the mascara to blend together the natural and the false lashes to create a seamless effect! You may want your lashes to be bold and visible, but it will look much better if the false lashes merge with your own. Our pro tip is to allow the glue to fully dry before going in with the mascara wand: the application movements can pull your clusters out if the glue is not fully set. Keep in mind that mascara is not mandatory, and you can perfectly skip it if you want to keep your eye glam as simple as possible.
What lash glue should I use for false lash clusters?
The glue you need for lash clusters is the exact same as you'd need for individual lashes or lash bands. It has to be a glue specially suited for makeup and not for permanent lash extensions. There's no room for creativity here, since you don't want to risk using any adhesive that hasn't been tested for that sensitive area. How long do cluster lashes last?
