• Find products by browsing the menu and categories, or by typing the product or brand name in the search bar.
• On each product page, click Add to cart.
• Click Cart at the top of the page, then select View all to open the shopping cart.
• Review the products in your cart. You can change quantities or remove items.
• Click Proceed to checkout.

Fill in the following fields:

• Full name
• Full address
• Country (if your delivery address is on an island, select the country it belongs to)

Important: Enter your name and address using Latin characters only. Addresses written in Arabic, Mandarin, Hebrew, or other non-Latin scripts may be blocked by the carrier or held at Portuguese Customs due to character recognition issues. After you enter the address and select a delivery method, the shipping cost and estimated delivery time appear immediately.

We ship worldwide with several carriers. The shipping cost and delivery time depend on:

• Product type
• Order weight
• Destination country
• Carrier selected
• Duties and Taxes prepaid

Each destination country has a minimum order amount that qualifies for free shipping. Free shipping does not apply when:

• The order exceeds a certain weight
• The order contains products that require a specific transport method (for example, perfumes shipped by air)
• The order includes products from a promotional campaign that is not cumulative with free shipping

Note 1_ Dangerous goods: perfumes and aerosols Care to Beauty is certified to ship dangerous goods. Some products in the catalog contain flammable substances (such as perfumes and aerosols) and are subject to special transport conditions and restrictions.

Perfumes:

• Shipped worldwide (some exceptions apply)
• Fixed shipping fee of €20

Aerosols:

• Shipped only by land transport via DHL
• Available only to selected countries
• Within Mainland Portugal, may also be shipped by Post in exceptional cases

Delivery times for dangerous goods may differ from the estimate shown in the shipping confirmation email.

Note 2_ Customs clearance (orders outside the EU)" For destinations outside the European Union, the stated delivery time does not include customs clearance. Local customs authorities follow their own rules and procedures, which Care to Beauty cannot influence.

Cash on delivery is not available. Credit card data is protected using PCI DSS v3.2 security standards.

• Enter your code in the Discount field.
• Click Apply coupon.
• The discount is added to your order total.

Discount code rules:

• Exclusive for logged in customers
• One discount code per order
• Each code can be used only once
• Codes have an expiration date — check before use
• Codes may not be cumulative with active campaigns (for example, Black Friday)

Tip: Copy and paste the code from your email to avoid typos.

• Review all details: products, delivery address, delivery method, and payment.
• Click Place order.

You receive a confirmation email immediately after the order is placed. The invoice is available:

• In your personal area on the website (if you placed the order while logged in)
• Attached to the shipping confirmation email
