In other words, it differs from the original Kelual DS shampoo by being recommended for those experiencing not only severe dandruff but also persistent and severe scalp itching, helping to restore balance and comfort from the very first use. Its formula combines two key patented complexes. First, the Oxycalm complex provides soothing relief, helping to calm itching and burning sensations for up to 72 hours. Then, the CPO/PO patent (Ciclopirox Olamine and Piroctone Olamine) delivers antifungal action, targeting Malassezia yeast, reducing flakes, and restoring scalp health.
