Pat skin completely dry and do not apply eye cream or moisturizer, as this will reduce the tightening effect. If necessary, exfoliate beforehand, as this helps prevent the product from clinging to flaky skin.

Shake the tube, then squeeze a pea-size amount onto the back of your hand. Using your fingertip or a dry makeup brush, take a tiny amount of product from your hand and spread it onto the eye contour and/or brow bone area (avoid the eyelids).
