How to use

The Maybelline Tattoo Liner Liquid Ink Eyeliner is both easy to apply and easy to take off. Firstly, glide the precision tip throughout the upper lash line until you have the final result. Then, let it dry for 30 seconds. Use a soaked q-tip with lukewarm water or micellar water to correct any mistake made during application - it is easy and effort-free.
