Return process (everything you should know if you want to return product / order)
At Care to Beauty, our main goal is your complete satisfaction so purchasing with us is easy and fully transparent and we offer a “Return Policy” where you can make a return request of a product(s) within 14 workdays of its delivery.
Before attempting to return an order, you need to contact our customer service team to request a returns authorization. It is very important that you wait for our email with the return information/documents and save product(-s) under the same conditions that you've received them in order to return it. Please do not return any product(s) on your own.

Return from a country that belongs to the European Union: If you are returning product(s) from any country that belongs to the European Union, you have to simply prepare the parcel, go to the local post office and ship it to our address with regular mail. In that case, we cannot know in advance what will be the price of the return. Usually, the time needed to deliver the parcel back to us, in that case, is up to 9 working days.

Return from a country that does NOT belong to the European Union: There are two different methods to return the parcel to us:
  • via Regular Mail through National Post Office Service: in such case, you need to prepare the parcel, go to your local post office and ship the parcel to ur address with Regular Mail. After contacting us, we will provide you with the original invoice that you will have to print and attach to the parcel. In that case, we cannot know in advance what will be the price of shipping the product(s) back to us. Usually, the time needed to deliver the parcel back to us, in that case, is up to 15 working days.
  • via DHL: although this method is usually less of a hustle for the customer, it is also more expensive in majority of case and available only for orders that were originally shipped via DHL. In such case return sevice is organized by us. It will require to settle the pick-up date and DHL courier will pick up the parcel from the address indicated by you. After contacting us, we will provide you with documents that you will have to print and attach to the parcel (return label + original invoice). The price of the return depends on the weight of the parcel, country of origin etc. The time needed to deliver the parcel back to us is usually 4-6 working days. Due to Customs regulations, returns from some countries via DHL might not be possible.

After receiving the product(s) back - if you proceed accordingly to all the information and the product(s) are received by us in their original packaging - we will review the case and contact you via email providing confirmation.
