It is perfect whether you want a simple colored eyeliner or a creamy eyeshadow to complement your makeup. This is also the perfect way to do a simple one-color eyeshadow look. Just you use your favorite pencil to color your entire lid, inner corner and/or lower lash line and blend it with a blending brush such as NYX Professional Makeup Pro Blending Brush. Formulated with a blend of mineral oil and powders, this creamy pencil glides on smoothly, with no pulling or fading. Its increased spreadability is especially important as it means this pencil will not harm or irritate the eyes. Lastly, you can use the shade Milk as a shadow base to enhance other colors.
