Dr. Hauschka Clarifying Steam Bath is the first step when you wish to start reducing the blemishes on your skin. While it may be true that warm water does part of the trick, this botanical blend mixed with steaming water helps to increase the efficacy of the steaming process. The blend of astringent and soothing herbs rises along with the steam, releasing its natural oils that help to increase the exfoliation process and reduce the appearance of blemishes.
Use Dr. Hauschka Clarifying Steam Bath once or twice a week. Firstly, dilute two tablespoons with half a litre of steaming water in a large bowl. Then, lean over the bowl for 5-10 minutes with your head covered with a large towel to prevent the steam from escaping. In order to maximize the results, follow with the Clarifying Clay Mask.
