This cleansing water combines micellar technology with an ultra-fine oil phase, ensuring efficient makeup removal. So, the micelles work like magnets to capture impurities, dirt, and pollution particles without harsh rubbing. Then, the ultra-fine oil effectively dissolves stubborn makeup. Moreover, it does not leave behind a greasy finish.
